Begin by listing out all current activities, projects and things that are in your mind.
This exercise aids in getting clarity about what's on your mind, from work projects to personal matters.
With your list in hand, assess the broader perspective of your life. What works well, what doesn’t?
See if you can segment the activities and thoughts into categories.
Note if any of the categories takes up too much space, or if anything is missing.
Note down any insights you may have.
Now you have a good picture about what is going on in your life, it’s time to think about what change you’d like to invite.
Go through the list, and note down where you would like to see change. Don’t focus on clear formulation, vague is ok in this step.
